Context

Every individual has a dream or a goal. This goal, more often relates to a higher level of achievement or success. Keeping their goal in mind, people carve out, their life or career path. This is a natural tendency and is in sync with our human nature.

 

However, human beings are the only species on our planet, who require assistance in order to move forward in life.  We are assisted at birth, in our education and when we are old enough, we decide our forward path either on our own or with the help of someone more experienced. 

 

Personal Experience 

As a young boy, I had lots of energy but lacked the technique of how to get the best out of me, be it in sports or studies. I became good in sports when I was coached, which made me win many competitions. Similarly, I became better and cleared my exams when I took help from tutors.  

After joining work and later in life , I did not take any advice from anyone. I was doing good hence , never thought of it. Looking back now, even though I feel very happy and satisfied with both my career and personal life, I feel that many unpleasant instances could have been easily avoided and spared the anxieties had I been guided at that time. 

 

Coaching Process

Learning  is a life long process. We stop growing if we stop learning. Hence an individual or an organization, both are required to invest for their future. Seeking guidance, ascertaining your plans and confirming your progress are all good reasons to get in touch with your coach, whether a formal or informal one. It will build your confidence and save you lots of effort  and unnecessary stress.

With my 30+ years of professional experience worldwide, I provide Corporate Training to business organizations on management topics, often followed by my own motivational videos. As a Certified Life Coach[UK], I help you work out your best course of action, understand your strengths and weaknesses, build up skills and qualities required and act as a guide for you, to  help you move to the next level you desire.

My coaching to individuals or for a group corporate training helps recipients build their confidence and be at ease both in their life & career. My sessions are online through zoom or other social media.
